Dave Damer is a computer engineer and proven tech entrepreneur with over 27 years of business leadership experience, 18 of which have been spent building startups. In 2017, Dave founded Testfire Labs, a software company that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to build productivity solutions that modernize the way people work, so they can achieve more, faster. Paul Vaillant, Chief Technology Officer
Paul brings to Testfire his more than 15 years of experience running technical teams, and is responsible for implementing new technologies, supervising system infrastructure, assuring system integrity, security and privacy for users, and monitoring performance and budget.
Kristina Milke, Chief Financial Officer
Kristina is a CPA with 20+ years of experience in various senior operational roles. She is also a co-founder in Valhalla Private Capital and President of Valhalla Angels. In addition, Kristina continues to assist SMB. She pitched Investopedia to potential acquirers on behalf of Forbes which subsequently sold for $42.5M USD as well as took on the role of CFO for Mobile Data Technologies that also resulted in an exit for the business.
Kate Leadbeater, Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Kate Leadbeater is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Testfire Labs. She leads all marketing, PR, and brand strategies. Kate brings to Testfire 12+ years digital marketing & brand leadership, as well as, extensive experience running integrated acquisition programs for global consumer and b2b brands.
